Vets Now and GWR’s emergency clinic employs veterinary surgeons and nurses whose sole function is to provide high quality veterinary care during nights, weekends and bank holidays. You can be assured that their concern for the welfare of your pet in an emergency situation is paramount.
While we have always prided ourselves in the provision of our own out of hours service, with the sudden early retirement of Andrew Norton in January we have had to rethink our ability to provide this service to the high standards we strive for, whilst still ensuring that we are able to adhere to the EU working times directive for our vets. This change has resulted in the need to utilise a highly specialised service from Vets Now
We appreciate that this is a big change for our clients, but feel that this decision will give an improved standard of care with vets and nurses on duty on the premises over 24 hours, 7 days a week, which means your unwell pet will not be left unattended at any time.
You can always bring your pet to us at the George veterinary Hospital in Malmesbury, where our staff continue to provide the hihest standard of out of hours care with duty staff on the premises 24 hours, 7 days a week please Telephone 01666 823035 to contact the Malmesbury Surgery.
