I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 1978, with a BSc (Hons) in physiology and a BVet Med veterinary degree. After time spent working in general mixed practice in Cornwall and Somerset I settled in Wiltshire in 1986 and became a partner in 1987. A lifelong interest in physiology, especially reproductive physiology, was expressed by obtaining the RCVS. Certificate in Bovine Reproduction in 1983 and Liverpool University’s Diploma in Bovine Reproduction in 1988. The last 12 years have largely been involved in developing the practice but have also included a three year in depth course in homeopathy. For the last two years, I have also worked 1 day a week for a large international pharmaceutical company as a veterinary advisor. I was born in Brussels on 7/12/65 and graduated from the University of Liege, Belgium in July 1989. I started my working life in Essex, then Newport I.O.W., followed by Alton Hampshire, before settling down in Wiltshire in 1992 and becoming a partner in Belmont House in 1995. I enjoy riding, playing bridge and trying to do Agility classes with my 4 Italian Greyhounds.

I graduated from Bristol University in July 2005 with a degree in veterinary science with honours. After qualifying, I worked in Thessaloniki, Greece, in a charity spay clinic before returning to the UK & joining the Belmont House team, starting my Pewsey veterinary career bang in the middle of carnival fortnight. I am currently working towards an ECVS certificate in Small Animal Medicine & regularly “vet-in” at pedigree cat shows around the country.
I continue to enjoy working with all species – large & small and my interests outside work include break-dancing, gym & socialising with friends.

I graduated from Bristol University in July 2006, having completed a final elective in both canine and emergency medicine, and farm animal practice.  I started working for Belmont House straight away.  Although I enjoy all aspects of mixed practice work, my time in practice has led to a particular interest in small animal internal medicine, a rapidly developing field, and cattle health and production.

Away from work I try to head to the coast as often as possible to go surfing.  I also have a keen interest in photography and hill walking.
